With more than 25 years of experience serving in national security and the United States Army Reserve, Gwen built her career leading in high-pressure environments where trust, resilience, adaptability, and authentic leadership mattered every day. Rising through senior levels of the intelligence community while serving both her country and her community taught her that effective leadership is not about titles or authority—it is about people, purpose, and the ability to inspire growth in others.
Throughout her career, Gwen has led diverse teams, mentored emerging leaders, developed leadership programs, and worked alongside individuals from all backgrounds and experience levels. Her service extends beyond her professional career through continued support of the veteran community, including work with the Tempe Veterans Commission and ongoing community leadership efforts focused on development, connection, and service.
